We’re currently developing a training offer (around managing quality in complex systems) for operational managers. We’re looking to use Action Learning Sets as one method of working together. Does anyone have any top tips/best practice documentation, etc., that might be helpful please? Or even signposting to a great resource please? Thanks in advance.
