Hi all,You are likely aware of the Evaluation Report produced by Dr Nicola Burgess at Warwick Business School that was published last year, evaluating the NHS-Virginia Mason Institute Partnership.In October, Warwick Business School hosted a tweet chat titled “How to build improvement capability and foster a culture of continuous improvement”, which was delivered in partnership with #QIHour to connect new research directly with those improvement practitioners around the world for whom it is most relevant. This included a panel of people involved in the partnership. Over 500 people contributed to this tweet chat and the report is now available to read.
