Hi there everyone, I’m now working for Scottish Water, so I hope I’m still welcome in the Q Community, it is still in the realm of health after all! I’m starting a monthly cross-org knowledge exchange programme for our 5000 employees. The topic I’d like to cover for the first event on Monday 31st October 10-12 noon is Building psychological safety in a highly regulated environment – ideally with a focus on how processes aimed at quality assurance (inspections, audits, investigations) can contribute to real and lasting improvements in behaviours. Does anyone have expertise in this area that they could share or point me in the direction of someone who could? Many thanks in advance!
