FINALLY. #WhoseShoes meets #LiberatingStructures!
@lyseedwards and I had been planning a Whose Shoes workshop at Midlands Partnership FT for a VERY long time. Last week, it finally happened.

We improvised on the day and Lyse (who as you know, is very skilled in Liberating Structures) added some impromptu networking (it helped mix people up on the tables and created a buzzy atmosphere at the start) and 15% solutions (coaxing people to feel they could make pledges and take action, a key part of the Whose Shoes approach).
Lyse tweeted that she is now “thinking about how we could have added some 25/10 crowd sourcing F2F, one of my favourite structures! Next time! #liberatingstructures #mpftwhoseshoes”
