It’s been a while since I was here, but I have been developing my thinking as I am working with systems, complexity, adult development and more in practice. I have noticed that people are not well equipped to understand how to develop their energetics to support connection and change. So thinking about Otto Scharmer’s levels of listening, HeartMaths electromagnetic signatures of the heart and other heart based practices, we can affect our “internal landscapes” (Otto Scharmer’s term) I have designed my own course for this as a side project: we-evolve.uk.com.
