Would you like support to think through how you’re engaging with local people and communities? My organisation, Co-create, are working with NHS England to provide some free to access resources for anyone who’s working in or around Primary Care, including a limited number of diagnostic consultation calls with my team to help you plan what you’re doing and identify what might help you achieve your aims.

There’s no commitment to doing anything, just a one hour call with some supported time to think things through and some brief evaluation questions afterwards. We’ll follow up by sending you some curated resources and some options for further support, which could include free places on action learning sets or on a facilitated online learning series (which you don’t have to take either!)
