We have a very exciting session being led by Virginia Patania, Practice Manager and Transformation Partner at The Jubilee St Practice in Tower Hamlets.

It’s in no doubt that general practice is going through a time of crisis like never before, and Virginia’s talk could not be more relevant at this time – she hopes to share her thoughts on how we can bring joy back into general practice and the role that quality improvement can play in making general practice a rewarding, enjoyable and sustainable career once again.
