Hello everyone, my team has recently been thinking about how we update and move an interactive exercise online. Previously I have thought about how to move a frustrating insurance game online using breakout rooms and the shared files function on MS Teams to replicate pieces of paper (work) being passed between different people.
Had anyone else had any bright ideas around this, or trialled online solutions that allow others to interact digitally with similar learning outcomes.
Starting with a frustrating poorly designed process, and then gradually allowing changes to be made through PDSA cycles.

    • Hi, we’ve tried the coins game, though that is simple. Your message is reminding me of a game where there are 2 teams with different leaders. One team is told to work faster and not encouraged and the another is encouraged and asked to share ideas. People have to put numbers in order. I’m sure it’s an IHI game, though I can’t find it on their site just now. I’ll check later on my work laptop

      • Interested in what games you have found guys. We use a scrabble game for face to face teamwork exercise and then debrief. Have been looking for an equivalent exercise for zoom with breakout rooms. Any help welcome!
