I'm passionate about helping others do great things, find structure and logic in messy situations and approaching change in a systematic way. I draw on the model for improvement with lots of Lean tools and methods thrown in and have hands on experience delivery great patient care.
I like to champion digital technology and think it is at its best when it appears magical (you don't even know it is there), finding and using digital innovations in a way that enhance human interactions instead of distract from them.
