Thanks for the session yesterday evening everyone. I’ve just added the doc I mentioned in chat – a profile card template that we used for a previous Q Lab project on peer support. This is another way of thinking about how to share skills and knowledge in a network, alongside the examples Kristin mentioned yesterday. We thought people would use them virtually to make connections, but we found it worked best to support networking at events and informal meet ups – as it was easier to identify people to connect with. We didn’t try them in a virtual meetings but I’m sure you could combine with a liberating structure somehow. Please do use and adapt in your networks if you find it helpful.
