    The Liberating Structures approach to change is all based in complexity thinking and emergence – but keeps this hidden away, unless you look.
    If you want to create ‘Adaptive Spaces’ so that your organisation can begin to behave more like a Complex Adaptive System, Liberating Structures are surely one one of the easiest ways to start to make this happen.
    We’re still in the process of deciding exactly which Liberating Structure we’ll try this time – we’ll let you know.
