Hi all, my team is in the final stages of refining our Q Exchange application, which aims to improve the efficiency of infectious disease screening procedures. We were wondering if members of this group had experience measuring outcomes for process improvement/operational efficiency related projects, or had come across any literature that provides guidance in this area. We have in the past created bespoke dashboards to track the duration/timing of sub-processes in each part of a process map, but wasn’t sure what other measures and methodologies are out there.
