    I have added a couple of ideas
    – one about group appointments as a way of enabling shared learning from lived experience’s especially for very specialist/ unusual conditions.
    – another about remote consultations and exploring/ identifying the organisational, technical and business infrastructures for making this successful for everyone involved.
