Hi there, I am currently working with health and social care. So much of good transformation gets stopped, or changed into something that it was not supposed to be. So, I am particularly interested in understanding tactics in helping to get senior decision-makers involved in transformation work so that they can understand and lead it in the right direction. Anyone working on that?
