Gloucestershire carre Services and 2gether NHS Foundation Trust are progressing with the application to merge. The merger is motivated by our desire to improve the physical health of people with mental illness and learning disabilities and reduce the mental health consequences for people with long term physical illness. I’m involved in supporting the transformation and integration of mental, physical health and learning disability services and I’d realy like to link with people who have or are undertaking similar or if you would like to know more about our journey.
