Your third Primary Care Improvers conference will give you an opportunity to share and learn with people who are working to change primary care.
Making change happen takes sustained hard work and can be lonely; members of the Primary Care Improvement Community often tell us that meeting up with other likeminded colleagues can help. There is so much energy and experience amongst our 4000 strong members so come and join us to learn what’s working around the country, recharge your batteries, share stories about local improvement and connect with other likeminded colleagues.
Whether you are working on quality improvement projects at practice level, leading changes across your organisation or local system or developing local networks, there will be something for you. What are the benefits of attending? Through a mix of large and small group work, along with coaching and facilitation, you will benefit from the following.
 Refresh your skills and knowledge with the latest tools and techniques for quality improvement that you can use back in your practice.
 Connect with likeminded colleagues to share energy and ideas – learning from both the highs and lows.  Develop a peer support network of people doing similar roles or projects that can help support you in your quality improvement work.
 Learn how to build local networks.
 Have 1:1 ‘speed coaching’ with our quality improvement facilitators on a topic of your choice.

Who is the conference for? Colleagues who have taken part in any element of the Time for Care programme including General Practice Improvement Leaders programme, Productive General Practice Quick Start or Learning in Action, and all improvement leaders/facilitators who are actively working with general practice. Please also bring along a friend/colleague who is interested in finding out more about quality improvement.
