We are seeking a supplier to undertake research that will provide a foundation for learning and collaboration around Quality Management Systems (QMS) in health and care across the UK and Ireland.

Invitation to apply

We are seeking a supplier to undertake research that will provide a foundation for learning and collaboration around Quality Management Systems (QMS) in health and care across the UK and Ireland.

The aim of this project is to support the development and implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) across the UK and Ireland through the generation and sharing of relevant and actionable insight. Specifically, this project will support the development and implementation of strategic approaches to enabling organisational performance, drawing on improvement principles and building on the concepts of QMS.

The supplier will scan existing literature on QMS to provide an overview of the current QMS landscape in the UK and Ireland. They will interview stakeholders with QMS experience and expertise. They will develop case studies to show QMS from different geographical areas and different levels of maturity.

Full details of work required can be found in the project specification and response form.
