ITT: Developing an associate model for Q

We are looking to commission a consultant or organisation to help us assess, recommend, and develop an approach for coordinating a pool of associates.

Invitation to apply

We are looking to commission a consultant or organisation to support the development of Q’s approach to working with associates.

The provider will familiarise themselves in the work of the Q team, Q members and the broader landscape. They will examine our existing materials and processes, speak with the team and key stakeholders to understand our needs, and map the wider context.

Through a short discovery period, the provider will develop and clarify our vision for an ‘associate model’ to support our strategic ambitions.

Following this the provider will support the development of tests and recommendations of possible models including financial modelling and a cost analysis.

Full details of work required can be found in the invitation to tender.
