Though failure is still often hidden away as a source of embarrassment, it’s increasingly becoming clear that it is in fact a crucial stepping stone to success and nothing to be ashamed of.
‘Failure-fests’ are becoming more popular to help people learn from these experiences, and Q members recently brought Sweden’s Museum of (healthcare) Failure to the UK.
The UK-wide Q community event on Wednesday 13 November has a session about learning from failure and we’re looking for Q members with experience of failure who’d like to share this with others, and how they learned from it – as well as how they seek to learn from failure generally.
Please get in touch with Community Manager Matthew Mezey if you might be interested in sharing your experience.
