Call for Citizen Ethnographers for the independent evaluation of Q

Share your experience of Q and how it fits in to your improvement work

RAND Europe, the independent evaluation team for Q, are looking for volunteers to engage in an innovative piece of research. A small group of Q members will take part as Citizen Ethnographers to help us to understand if and how Q supports members in their improvement work.

The ethnography will take place between June-September but will be fairly light touch and flexible in terms of participants’ engagement. It will involve keeping a very short weekly ‘diary’ about your experiences and thoughts on Q, to help the evaluation team understand how members are using Q in their working lives. Your diary will be anonymous, and your identity will not be shared with The Health Foundation.

You will get direct support from the evaluation team throughout the period, including an online space to share your experiences with other ethnographers and webinars with Dr Tom Ling, the evaluation lead. We are in the process of securing CPD accreditation for participants.

If you would like further information or are interested in taking part, please email RAND directly by Friday 21 June.
