You may or (probably) may not have read my previous post/document on this topic. Although the NHS don’t consider it as being of any importance, it is and I do. When it comes to Service Design, Quality Management and Process Management, products are given specific attention. If you don’t recognise items as products then this specific attention will not be applied in process documentation.
