Shows how the new British Standard for Quality Management Systems can be used to satisfy the requirements of Component 5 of NHS Impact. It will take the NHS years to design their own Management System and it won’t do the job. As an experiences Chartered Quality Professional I recommend that Trusts adopt this British Standard.
