Many thanks to those of you from the test teams who joined the ideation session last Thursday. It was great to see so many of you there, participate in discussions and hear all about the ideas you’re developing.  We introduced some ideation tools and methods, and teams started brainstorming ideas to address their ‘how might we’ statements. They will be developing these in the coming months.
