The leading international QI figure Don Berwick gave a fabulous 22-minute video address to the Primary Care SIG’s December 2018 event at the Health Foundation.

It covered a wide range of topics, from the ‘Triple Aim’ to the social determinants of health. He called for us to be “expansive and bold” and to study widely and “be globalists”.

Don also shared insights from his visits to 40 NHS Vanguards, and highighted the importance of co-production and patient power.

It’s an inspiring overview for anyone interested in QI.
