I have a professional background in psychology and occupational health and twenty years experience as a senior manager in healthcare, higher biomedical education and clinical research.  I am currently Strategic Projects Lead and Deputy Head of the Quality and Efficiency team at St Bartholomew’s Hospital. In this role I coach clinical teams to help them improve the quality of services we give to our patients. I am also involved in quality assurance and in implementing strategic projects such as PSIRF (Patient Safety Incident Response Framework).
