I am a clinical psychologist by background with many years experience in children and young people's mental health from a clinical, research, QI and leadership perspective. I have worked in leadership roles across provider, commissioning / ICB, and NHSE settings. I am now Head of Innovation for the Norfolk and Waveney ICB on behalf of our ICS and developing ways to increase uptake and support implementation of innovation to meet our population needs.
