I liked it. I did pick up the key concept about design of work that I felt could have been more clearly framed, but I think the session will help people move forward in their understanding. It definitely felt like one of the better attempts to summarise QMS in NHS terms. I’m interested to hear your thoughts… I’m guessing that you might have liked to see more about what a management system actually is, as that didn’t really come across in the way that you have referred to previously.
