The inaugural Patient Engagement Lead at Croydon Health Services, with a passion for improving health inequalities and amplifying the patient voice in the strategic decision making process. Sheherazad is also a qualified Occupational Therapist with experience in acute and community settings.
At present Sheherazad has a great interest in leveraging insights to develop data-driven outcomes and utilising a broad range of communication strategies to improve interactions between health services and their users. Additionally, digital accessibility and the shift towards digital health is an area Sheherazad hopes to develop a greater understanding of, to improve the overall healthcare experience.
