Pleased that our ‘Waiting Times Wonderlist’ Q Exchange idea has been successful and we are now looking for projects around improving waiting times which can be used as examples to inform the work! 

The aim of the project is to showcase and spread best practice and lean approaches which can support us to tackle waits nationally.
