This series will provide you with the models, tools and understanding to enable you to effectively bring people together and scale your improvement work.

Up first, on Monday 27 November, is a session on building and leading online communities with Richard Millington, author and founder of FeverBee. It’ll be especially valuable for those leading online groups, such as Q’s Special Interest Groups.
