I am a quality improvement coach working in Torbay and Southern Devon. I work as part of an improvement team that exists to support the health and social care workforce make improvements to the services they deliver. I am currently working on reducing length of stay in our acute and community hospitals and delivering timely discharge. Also, we are just starting a large program designed to improve outpatients, reducing face to face contacts whilst improving both patient care, experience and staff satisfaction with care giving.
