I'm a physician and clinical informatician, interested in improving healthcare and patient safety for people with long-term conditions (such as my areas of expertise diabetes and endocrinology).  Current work includes design of inclusive virtual patient services for specialist LTC support and tele-mentoring to create communities of practice which span specialist and generalist care.
