Nick is an Expert Patient Safety Incident Investigator at the University Hospitals Bristol & Weston NHS Foundation Trust. Nick has experience of working in multiple Acute Trusts as well as NHS England in the South West of England in various patient safety, quality, and governance roles. Nick is currently studying an MSc Ergonomics & Human Factors at University of Derby.
During his time at North Bristol NHS Trust, Nick was involved in developing and implementing PSIRF as an early adopter. Before joining the NHS, he worked in the legal services industry and also has a degree in LLB Law.
