Hello,

I am thrilled to be a part of Q Community as a dedicated professional in the field of Healthcare Quality Improvement.

Currently I am the Coordinator of the Regional Quality Improvement Programme for Social Work and Social Care at the South Eastern Trust in Northern Ireland, I bring a wealth of experience as a qualified social worker.

My background includes roles as a Senior Practitioner in Adult Mental Health and Intellectual Disability, where I've also held positions as a line manager in both services.

My passion lies in leveraging quality improvement strategies to enhance outcomes for service users and their families. I firmly believe in the power of co-production in service design and delivery, and I am particularly interested in initiatives that contribute to staff wellbeing and retention.

I am hopefully that together, I can explore and implement innovative solutions that elevate the quality of healthcare services for our community.
