NEXT Joy in Work Curiosity Collective session

In this last session of 2024, we’ll have some time to reflect – individually and collectively – on our Joy in Work journey.

We’ll use Liberating Structure Spiral Journal to reflect on what we have noticed about our own joy in work this past year and the questions and ideas that are emerging for us in the relation to that.

This is also an opportunity to look back at what the collective has covered and developed since the first session in June. We’ll evaluate the format of the sessions and share ideas for topics, tools and practices the collective could explore together in the coming year.
