Acting Lead Improvement Coach - coaching and supporting teams across CWPT to improve services, contributing to improved patient care outcomes and patient and staff experience.

Current focus is around embedding a culture of continual improvement, through the use of improvement boards and huddles to facilitate improvement conversations in our learning disabilities and autism forensic inpatient units and respite care.
