To develop an evidence base for lack of Equality and Diversity in PPI by carrying out an audit of NHS organisations. To increase engagement of South Asian Patients, Carers and Communities by creating leadership opportunities within in NHS Structures which currently lack diverse representation at PPI forums, funding panels, lay members and non-executive roles.
