I am a nurse with a background of quality and service improvement in the delivery of safe, effective, sustainable, responsive and person centered care. My interests include surgical nursing, Enhanced Recovery, Renal Transplantation, care of the deteriorating patient, practice development and learning from harm. My current role includes management of the QI service in conjunction with other professional leads and inter-professional colleagues. Collectively we are seeking to embed QI at the heart of our organisation and to create the conditions to ensure we provide safe, high quality, compassionate care.
