I like being part of improving care, systems, processes that will benefit staff and subsequently benefit patient care. I am interested in how to support teams to work smarter, IT, technology and bringing the NHS into the 21st Century, safely.

Also a member of the National District Nurses Network (National Patient Advisory Groups) which I hope might help to increase the profile of the District Nurse/ community practitioners and build the nursing workforce of the future.
