I'm passionate about introducing "humane project management" to overcome the perception that PM is just bureaucracy that gets in the way of improving services. I believe that it is a positive way of helping the people to effectively and efficiently organise their healthcare transformation projects.

Before becoming Head of PMO here in Somerset NHS I was the programme manager for the county-wide Covid Vaccination programme, and lead the programme management of both mergers of the Somerset Trusts.
