I started my QI journey when I joined the Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trusts QI training programme. Since then, I have earned master’s degree in Improvement Science and now am working as QI Facilitator in my trust.
QI is an exciting field to work in as it gives me countless opportunities to learn through application of different theories in real life settings to improve not only the services I work with, but also myself and help others to do the same.
