That’s a really good article, thanks for posting Julia – the underlying themes of being true to yourself, having the space and opportunity to improve yourself, to fail and learn are all vital to Joy in Work.

I’m also very pleased to see something I really believe being given a name ‘freedom to fade’. People cannot, put simply, be on the go 100% of the time. People need the opportunity to take breathing space, do something different, disengage and pause.
