We’ll explore the tension between the technical and relational sides of health care quality and improvement, and bring them to a point of collaboration rather than opposition.

This event has a very unique and radical design, I’m very much looking forward to it. I thought that applying complex systems theory here could be an interesting and enriching framework, so I’m spreading the word here. Hope to see you there 🙂
