My role as Head of Community Services for an adult hospice provider requires a collaborative approach to improving quality of health care delivery in both my locality and at a regional level.

I have worked in a number of different health care organisations over the last 27 years across the UK and have developed a working knowledge of the importance of QI methodology, co-designing and working collaboratively to ensure a systems thinking approach is adopted in improvement work.

I am a current Florence Nightingale Foundation Scholar on the Emerging Strategic Leaders Programme and have found that this community has enabled us to learn, innovate and improve together. I enjoy collaborating with others and believe that in doing so we can enable sustainable change and improvement on a greater scale,
