Has worked with a number of NHS organisations in Leadership training or enhancing team relationships and communication/team wellbeing, incorporating Clean Language tools and approaches (including Better Conversations)

Two decades of facilitating learning  withing the NHS including at regional level, of which approx. 8 yrs. working in NHS and NHS England as Leadership Training Manager.

Trained in Clean Language and in Systemic Modelling with Caitlin Walker and Marian Way, in Clean Space with James Lawley and Penny Tomkins and more.

Also a highly experienced coach qualified at iLM Level 7, registered with EMCC at Senior Practitioner level. I regularly coach various professionals including NHS  staff and Medical personnel including those who are neurodivergent.
