I am now leading on strategic planning, quality improvement and workforce at the Golden Jubilee national hospital following 5 years working at national level with Healthcare Improvement Scotland leading quality improvement programmes across health and social care including mental health and primary care.
The Golden Jubilee is an exemplary organisation for values based, high quality care and my challenge is to lead on further development of the organisation's approach to strategic planning and deliver and quality improvement, ensuring the workforce is fully engaged, supported and developed to enable high quality care.
