I am a passionate, driven and dedicated QI Lead at St Andrews Healthcare in Northampton.

I have worked hard since joining the Charity in August 2022, to qualify as a QSIR Associate and this means I am now part of the teaching faculty to deliver the content for Quality, Service Improvement and Redesign!

Myself and the CQI Team are working on many exciting initiatives which we would love to share with the wider Q Community and also learn from others within the Community too!

In addition to my Quality Improvement skillset I am also experienced within Lean Six Sigma and hold a Black Belt qualification. My background prior to my current post was Team Leader, Complaints and Process Improvement Manager, and prior to this I worked in an Operational Excellence space which ignited my passion for Improvement work and I have always been driven towards delivering on Quality - so my current role works perfectly for me!
