I have experience helping multidisciplinary teams across community and acute sites, in inpatient and outpatient settings, make improvements for patients safety, patient experience, clinical effectiveness and staff well-being.
I am a real advocate that anyone can do and be involved with quality improvement in healthcare, including patients, and that it can compliment everyday routine.
I have worked for the NHS for eight years in a variety of roles but predominately in ward support services across acute and community settings (although my background is in Archaeology and Heritage). In every position I have had, I have led improvements and feel honoured to be in a position to support others to do so in this organisation, and now more widely.
