I am a medical doctor, trained in surgery and passionate about systematically recording health outcomes and using them to influence clinical practice.

I have extensive experience as a programme manager who has worked to deliver and improve healthcare at scale.  I am delivering an innovative and high-profile pilot as part of the national Accelerate, Coordinate, Evaluate (ACE) Programme.  Our Wave 1 pilot was the initiator for Multidisciplinary Diagnostic Centre (MDC) and is being used by Cancer Research UK (CRUK) to provide leadership for new sites joining Wave 2.  Experienced and proficient in measurement, I have been able to use data to drive healthcare improvement through modelling, collaborative working and applying my skills in multidisciplinary team (MDT) development.
