As a healthcare professional, I learned about medical error, and since then I decided to specialize in Quality of Care and Patient Safety. My greatest skill is to manage quality improvement initiatives, motivate work groups and implement efficient solutions.
I worked ad-honorem for the Open School Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI Open School), and then had the opportunity to complete a master's degree on clinical effectiveness (with ISQua recognition) oriented to quality of care. Since then I specialized as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and an Improvement Advisor with the IHI.
I'm a mom, partner, passionate about my work and proud to support quality patient care through improvement.
RT2C is an improvement programme which provides targeted support over a 6-week period, aiming to increase the clinical team’s efficiencies, reduce delays and empower them to use improvement methodology.
